MEET ROMAINE
A LIFELONG RESIDENT OF NORTHERN WISCONSIN
Born and raised in northern rural Wisconsin, I attended St. Joseph Catholic School in Rice Lake and graduated from Rice Lake High School. During my senior year, I ran and was elected to the Rice Lake City Council. After serving for a year on the council, I became the Mayor of Rice Lake at just 19 years old.
I’m proud to be an alum of UW - Eau Claire - Barron County, where I took classes while fulfilling my duties as Mayor. After two years, I attended UW-Eau Claire and ultimately earned my bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Leadership from UW-Green Bay.
